  • Facilitation of key strategic workshops (e.g., product vision, technology roadmap planning, organizational design for scale).
  • In-depth review and iteration on fundraising materials, investor narratives, and M&A target identification (strategic guidance, not deal execution).
  • Guidance on operational excellence and process building for SaaS B2B companies.

Approximately 12-14 hours allocated for more intensive support.
